They also seized 210 pieces of yaba (valued at about Rs 63,000) and Rs 16,100 in cash for selling drugs.



Interrogation revealed,


When questioned in front of the witnesses, they said that for a long time now, Yaba has been illegally collecting drugs and supplying them for sale in other police stations including Nagarpur police station in Tangail district.


The arrested accused supplied yaba to various drug addicts in Nagarpur police station area of ​​Tangail district and in the surrounding police station area as per their demand.

A drug case has been filed against the two accused under Section 10 (a) of Section 37 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act 2016 at Nagarpur Police Station in Tangail District.
