In Sirajganj, Bangladesh, RAB seized heroin worth Tk 20 lakh. According to RAB, the head company of RAB-12 carried out the operation on the basis of secret information around 4:30 pm on Tuesday (July 26).


The expedition conducted an anti-drug operation on a paved road in front of Rapid Action Battalion-12, Sirajganj Road, Sirajganj Road under Salanga Police Station in Sirajganj District.


Two top female drug dealers were arrested along with 200 grams of heroin. Three mobile phones and two thousand one hundred and fifty rupees in cash used for buying and selling drugs were seized from them.


The arrested accused are the daughter of late Asadul Islam of Dumuria village of Godagari police station in Rajshahi district. Ivy Khatun Moyna (31).

Preliminary interrogation revealed that the drug dealer had been buying and selling illegal narcotics in different areas of Sirajganj district for a long time under the guise of law enforcement agencies.


He was handed over to Salanga police station of Sirajganj district along with the recovered evidence while filing a case under Section 6 (c) / 41 of Table 37 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act 2016 against the arrested drug dealers.
