6 arrested in separate operations of RAB including Gazipur in Bangladesh. According to RAB, a vigilante expedition team of RAB-12's special company conducted a drug operation on a paved road in front of Abdullah Auto House at Palli Bidyut Baroipara Road in Kaliakair upazila of Gazipur district at around 1.30 pm on Saturday (July 18).



At this time, with 985 pitch yaba tablets. One drug dealer named Alhaj (32) was arrested. 560 taka in cash and 01 mobile phone used in drug dealing were seized from him. He is the son of late Delshad of Kazipur police station in Sirajganj district.



The arrested drug dealer was handed over to Kaliakair police station in Gazipur along with the recovered evidence while filing a case under section 10 (a) of table 37 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act of 2016.



In a separate operation, a vigilante expedition team of RAB-12's Sadar Company conducted an anti-drug operation on a paved road in front of the SI bus counter at Kaddar intersection under Sadar police station in Sirajganj district around 12 noon on Friday (July 18).



Two drug dealers were arrested with 284 bottles of Fencidil. 4,650 / - (four thousand six hundred and fifty) rupees in cash and two mobile phones used for buying and selling drugs were seized from them.



The arrested accused are, Md. Chokbilaki village of Sadar upazila of Naoga district. Khoka Sardar's son said. Raju (25) and Md. Shimna village of Nawabganj police station of Dinajpur district. Sahidul Islam's son said. Sajib Ahmed (19).





The arrested drug dealers were handed over to the Sirajganj Sadar Police Station along with the recovered evidence while filing a case under Section 14 (c) of Table 36 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2016.



In a separate operation, a vigilante expedition of RAB-12's Sadar Company conducted an anti-drug operation on the side of a paved road in front of Lily Cosmetics Store at VIP Morsh on SS Road under Sirajganj Sadar Police Station around 1:15 pm on Friday (July 18).



During this time 3 drug dealers including 3 bottles of Fencidil were arrested. 3,600 (three thousand six hundred) rupees in cash and 3 mobile phones used for buying and selling drugs were seized from them.



The arrested accused are,


Md. Tarif Sheikh (35), father-Md. Abdul Matin Sheikh,

Shri Prashant Kumar (36), father-deceased Ganga Prasad, both Sang-Sayagbind (Milnamor)

Md. A. Rauf Liton (48), father-deceased AH Rashid Khan, Sang-SS Road (Manohari Patti) Sarb Thana and District-Sirajganj.




 Preliminary interrogation revealed that these drug traffickers had been buying and selling illegal narcotics in different areas of Sirajganj and Gazipur districts for a long time under the guise of law enforcement agencies.




The arrested drug dealers were handed over to the Sirajganj Sadar Police Station along with the recovered evidence while filing a case under Section 14 (a) of Table 38 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2016.
