Two drug dealers were arrested along with 5 grams of heroin. 5 (five) grams of heroin (worth about Rs 50,000) and Rs 23,000 in cash were seized from them.


The arrested are Ripon Mia, 40, son of Naya Mia of Nagarchhawali village in Mirzapur upazila of Tangail district and Atab Uddin, 30, son of Sanwar Mia.



At the same time another separate operation was carried out in Natia Para Bazar area under Delduar police station of Tangail district.

39 (forty nine) pieces of Tepentadol tablets worth about Rs. 9,850, 1 mobile and 1 SIM card were seized from him.

The accused were found in possession of various drugs in Mirzapur and Delduar police station areas of Tangail district.




Drugs like heroin and tepentadol are supplied to Sebi according to their needs.
