4 arrested with fake money in RAB operation in Sirajganj. RAB-12 has arrested four accused including counterfeit money in a raid operation at Ullapara in Sirajganj.

A vigilante expedition team of the Special Company conducted an operation at Habnati Darbeshpara village under Ullapara police station in Sirajganj and arrested 04 accused with 2,000 / - (two thousand) counterfeit money. At that time 05 used mobile phones and cash-26,500 / - (twenty seven thousand five hundred) rupees were seized from them.




The arrested accused are,


Md. Mohabbat Hossain Shamish (36), father-Asher Uddin Sheikh, Sang-Rashidpur, Thana-Salanga

Ziaur Rahman (36), father-deceased Abdus Samad, Sang-Khaschar Jamalpur,

Md. Sultan Pramanik (40), father-deceased - Barat Ali Pramanik Sang-Alipur (Darbeshpara),

Md. Ali Akbar (40), father deceased - Sujat Pramanik, Sang - Alipur (Darbesh Para), Sarb Thana Ullapara, District - Sirajganj.


Counterfeit money notes in your custody,


Preliminary interrogation revealed that the arrested accused had been keeping counterfeit notes in their custody in different areas of Ullapara police station in Sirajganj district for a long time in collusion with each other.


Handed over to Ullapara police station,


The arrested accused used to file a case under Section 25 (a) / 25 (d) of the Special Powers Act, 1984. They have been handed over to Ullapara Police Station along with the recovered evidence.
