RAB has arrested 2 drug dealers including 1 woman in Sirajganj. According to RAB, on Saturday (June 18) at 3 pm RAB-12 Adjutant and Ops Officer Assistant Superintendent of Police. The operation was led by Mostafizur Rahman.



A vigilant expedition of special companies, deleted. Kahinur Begum, husband, Md. Khokon Sheikh Sang-Saigobinda conducted an anti-drug operation in the south-west side room of the second floor of a three-storey building in Bhangabari, Thana and District Sirajganj.



Arrested 2 drug dealers including 500 (five hundred) villages of cannabis. At that time 02 mobile phones used for buying and selling cannabis were seized from them.



The arrested accused are,


Md. Jelal Sheikh (38), father-Md. Khorshed Alam, Sang-Banbaria Thakurtak,

Delete. Kahinur Begum (50), husband-Md. Khokon Sheikh, Sang-Sayagobind Bhangabari (next to Semai factory), both police stations and district-Sirajganj.


Preliminary interrogation revealed that these drug traffickers had been buying and selling illegal narcotics in different areas of Sirajganj district for a long time under the guise of law enforcement agencies.


The arrested drug dealer has been handed over to the Sirajganj District Sadar Police Station along with the recovered evidence under Section 19 (a) / 41 of Table 37 (1) of the Narcotics Control Act, 2016.
