RAB has arrested 3 people including Yaba in Tangail. According to RAB, RAB-12 arrested three people with 200 pieces of yaba and 11,980 rupees in cash. The operation was carried out on the basis of secret information in Nagarpur upazila of Tangail around 1pm on Wednesday (May 26).

Masud Khan Talukder, 40, son of late Akramur Zaman Khan Talukder of Salimabad village, Mohammad Zakir Mia, 30, son of Mohammad Gazi Miah and Mohammad Zakir Miah, 30, son of Mohammad Chan Miah of Bhavnapara village conducted the operation on the Konabari bridge in Konabari village of the upazila. He arrested 200 pieces of yaba and 11,980 rupees in cash. Everyone's home is in Nagarpur upazila.

When questioned in front of the witnesses, they said that for a long time now, Yaba has been illegally collecting drugs and supplying them for sale in Nagarpur police station and other police stations in Tangail district.
