A mobile court in Ghatail has imposed a fine of taka 1 lakh

RAB raids on adulterated Jorda factory in Ghatail, fined taka 1 lakh. RAB-12, CPC-3, Tangail conducted a mobile court and imposed a fine of Taka.

According to RAB, on Wednesday (May 19) at around 2 pm on the basis of secret news, RAB-12, CPC-3, Tangail's acting company commander Assistant Superintendent of Police Md. The operation was led by Ershadur Rahman and Magistrate Anjan Kumar Sarkar, Upazila Nirbahi Magistrate Ghatail.



A RAB expedition team conducted a mobile court against the manufacture of adulterated jorda at the Suryaratan Pati Jorda factory in Chatila village under Ghatail police station in Tangail district.

At this time, the accused accused in Section 10 (4) of the Smoking and Tobacco Use Control Act 2005. The owner of Suryaratan Pati Jorda factory named Mofel Chowdhury (56) was fined one lakh taka . He died in Chatila village of Ghatail upazila of the district. Son of Abbas Ali.
